Return and Refund Policy

I FOUND ISSUES WITH THE ORDER THAT I RECEIVED, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you have received a faulty item, detect missing, incorrect items, defects or size does not fit properly, please contact Customer Service within 15 days after receiving your order.

หากได้รับสินค้ามีปัญหา เช่น สินค้ามีตำหนิ ได้รับสินค้าไม่ครบ สินค้าเสียหาย ขนาดไม่พอดี ควรทำอย่างไร?

กรุณาติดต่อกลับภายใน 15 วันนับจากวันที่สินค้าจัดส่งสำเร็จ เพื่อแจ้งปัญหาที่ได้รับ พร้อมภาพถ่ายสินค้าที่มีปัญหา และบรรจุภัณฑ์

CAN I RETURN CLEARANCE ITEMS?

All Clearance items purchased online and in-stores are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns and refunds. Items with the following descriptions are NOT eligible for returns and refunds:

    • Items marked as “Item cannot be returned” 
    • Items stamped with “NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES” including items used or earned Cash back.

คืนสินค้าประเภท Clearance ได้หรือไม่

สินค้า Clearance ทั้งหมดที่สั่งซื้อจากทางร้าน ถือเป็นสินค้าประเภท Final Sale จึงไม่สามารถคืนสินค้าและขอคืนเงินได้ สินค้าที่มีการแจ้งรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้จะไม่สามารถคืนสินค้าและขอคืนเงินได้ 

    • สินค้าที่ มีการระบุว่า “สินค้าซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้” 
    • สินค้าที่มีการประทับข้อความว่า “NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES” รวมถึงสินค้าที่เข้าร่วมรายการ Cash back

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  1. You must return within the period specified by our return policy:
    • Online Purchases: return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  1. Your returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed with all tags attached including items packed in boxes to be returned with their boxes

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า

  1. จัดการคืนสินค้าภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
    • คำสั่งซื้อออนไลน์ คืนภายในเวลา 15 วัน นับจากวันที่สินค้าจัดส่งถึง
  1. สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการซักหรือใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมกับติดป้ายราคาสินค้า  รวมถึงสินค้าใดๆ ก็ตามที่มีบรรจุภัณฑ์เป็นกล่อง ทั้งสินค้าและตัวกล่องจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์

WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?

    • Full priced and discounted items are eligible for refunds in the original form of payment (credit card/debit card) or Store Credit.

*Clearance, and selected items are non-refundable.*

    • Please note, Store Credits cannot be exchanged into cash or converted into a credit card refund. Store Credit does not expire and can be used to purchase any items on Anythingelse.com only.
    • The refund conditions are as specified by the Company. We reserves the right to reject any refund requests if the returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, and to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

    • เครดิตสะสมไม่สามารถแลก เปลี่ยน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดรวมถึงบัตรเครดิตได้ เครดิตสะสมจะไม่มีวันหมดอายุ และสามารถใช้แทนเงินในการสั่งซื้อสินค้าบนเว็บไซต์ Anythingelse.com เท่านั้น
    • เงื่อนไขการคืนเงินเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด เราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินต่อเมื่อการส่งคืนสินค้าเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้นเท่านั้น

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

Online Purchases
Expect to receive the refund after the lapse of approximately 7-14 days for bank transfer, and 30-60 days for debit/credit card refunds from the date you returned your items.

Please note, once a refund is made with a Credit Card Refund option, it will only be reflected on your next billing statement. Any delay in a refund process is to be expected during weekends and public holidays.

หมายเหตุ โปรดทราบว่าเมื่อทำการคืนเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิตแล้วยอดเงินคืนจะปรากฎในรอบบิลถัดไป

ทั้งนี้ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการคืนเงินอาจล่าช้าในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
